All bookings made with Crystal Detail are subject to the following terms and conditions :
- Once booked, you will be allocated a date and time slot, If you are unable to attend your allocated date then reasonable notice must be given for cancellation (72 hours ), or you may be charged a cancellation fee (no more than 25% of the service cost).
- If you would like to re-schedule, then reasonable notice must be given (24 hours), no cancellation fee will be applied and you will be offered the next available date and time slot.
- Due to current card machine costs and regulations, unfortunately we are no longer able to offer a card payment service.
- All valeting services under £50 will require cash, cheque or immediate bank transfer as a form of payment before the vehicle is handed over. Invoices / receipts will be issued / emailed on collection.
- services over £50 may be invoiced, but must be settled within 24 hours, or additional costs may be applied.
- For all valeting services, interiors need to be emptied of personal effects, car seats and cash etc. If not, we accept no responsibility for losses or damages.
- All Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating services require a deposit, payable at the time of booking. Deposits are calculated on the cost of products (Ceramic Coatings) or a percentage of the labour costs (Paint Correction).
- For wheel refurbishment services, we will endevour to return the vehicle in the allocated time, however please be aware that due to the nature of this service, bookings may have to be extended.
